Schedule:Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.Dealership hours between 8:30am-8:00pm (open Monday-Sunday). Pay Range: Up to $100,000.00 per year and above (based on sales performance). Job Responsibilities:Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions.Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.Upsell additional products such as warranties, accessories, and service packages to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales support team.Keep abreast of new trends and industry developments.Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.Continuously improve sales performance through feedback.
