What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and create customers for life
• Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Learn Mazda products, technology, and financing options
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain CRM activities and customer communication
• Work with management to achieve personal and dealership sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
