What You’ll Do
Showcase, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles
Build lasting relationships with customers and prospects
Follow up consistently to drive customer retention and repeat business
Track customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred — automotive experience not required, we will train the right candidate
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, self-driven, and money-motivated mindset
Confidence in negotiating and closing sales
Passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
Basic computer skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
