JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts department
- Optimize shop capacity and efficiency by managing the service calendar
- Adjust schedules based on cancellations, or parts availability
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with scheduling processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Proficient
- Valid Driver License
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
