Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 Base + Monthly GP Bonus
On Target Earnings Annually: $89,000+

Position Summary
Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a well-established, family-owned repair shop in Depew, NY. This is a full-time, customer-facing role offering a strong base salary plus performance bonuses, consistent weekday hours, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a high-level customer service experience from check-in to delivery
- Write accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly and effectively to customers
- Sell recommended services and maintenance based on technician findings
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers to ensure timely completion
- Source parts and manage repair orders efficiently
- Utilize shop management software (Tekmetric) and digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
- Maintain detailed records of services, parts, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Experience in either dealership or independent shop environments
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Comfortable using shop management software (Tekmetric experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
- Monthly GP bonus
