What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document repair needs.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency.
- Automotive service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
