Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, and more.
- Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Automotive Service Advisor:
- Auto Service Advisor/Technician and CDK experience is preferred
- Excellence customer service, computer and communication skills
- Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
