We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience; independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with a strong history of achieving high Average Repair Orders (ARO).
• Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Familiarity with parts ordering, cores, and defective parts processing.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with computers, phones, and service management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills for accurate estimating and pricing.
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation

• 100% commission pay plan
• Earning potential of $55,000-$100,000+ annually based on productivity
