About Jesse’s Garage

Jesse’s Garage is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for its high-volume shop in Fort Myers, FL. No automotive experience is required, and training on the automotive side is provided. This Base Salary + Commission opportunity offers $80,000–$100,000+ OTE along with benefits, career growth opportunities, and a customer-focused, high-performing work environment. The schedule is Monday–Saturday, with team members working 5 days per week and a 6th day as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the automotive service process.
• Build customer trust and explain recommended repairs and services clearly and confidently.
• Recommend services that benefit the customer and their vehicle.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers and automotive technicians.
• Manage service workflow and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business.

Qualifications

• No previous automotive experience required; automotive training is provided.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence recommending products or services to customers.
• Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule, 5 days per week, with a 6th day as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Commission.
• $80,000–$100,000+ OTE.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 50% employer-paid after approximately 90 days.
• $100,000 life insurance starting Day 1.
