Pay: $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule: Monday – Saturday



Jamalaye Auto Corp is hiring a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume shop. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, handle a busy workflow, and provide a strong customer experience from start to finish.



What You’ll Do:

• Write and manage 10+ repair orders daily in a fast-paced service environment
  
  
• Greet customers and clearly explain vehicle concerns, recommended services, and repair timelines
  
  
• Answer phones and provide updates throughout the repair process
  
  
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
  
  
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow all shop procedures

• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  
  
• Comfortable using computers and service/shop management systems
  
  
• Automotive knowledge or prior service advisor experience preferred
