We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, values accountability, and can step into a busy operation with minimal supervision. Greet customers promptly and professionally while creating an exceptional service experience.
Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs.
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair progress, timelines, and costs.
Coordinate workflow between technicians, the parts department, and management to maximize shop efficiency.
Answer customer questions regarding maintenance, repairs, warranties, recalls, and service recommendations.
Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet or exceed dealership expectations.
Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and service retention.
Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
2+ years of high-volume automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Nissan experience is a plus, but not required
Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding sales and CSI goals
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
Process-driven with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, Nissan Service Comm, Multi-Point Inspection software, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office(preferred, not required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws
