This remote position offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri 4:00am–7:00pm, Sat-Sun 4:00am–5:00pm) with an hourly rate of $23/hr, requiring initial in-office training in Fort Lauderdale.
You'll review vehicle repair requests, ensure vendor performance and pricing accuracy, maximize warranty programs, and handle repair disputes.
Responsibilities include validating parts costs, ensuring safety compliance, reducing vendor cycle times, and managing communications via calls, emails, and chats.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of vehicle maintenance experience, 4+ ASE certifications, fleet or automotive repair background, and strong multitasking, negotiation, and computer skills.
