What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and understands that trust is the foundation of a successful automotive repair business.
The right person will:
- Have previous automotive service advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Be comfortable communicating repair recommendations and explaining services to customers
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Be organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple repair orders throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with technicians and the rest of the team
- Take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Understand the importance of honesty and transparency when discussing vehicle repairs
- Be professional, positive, and able to work well in a team environment
- Have a genuine desire to help customers and find the right solutions for their vehicles
- Want to grow with a successful, locally owned business
