What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome customers like they're family.
- Help guests understand what their vehicle needs (without speaking "mechanic").
- Keep repairs moving smoothly between customers and technicians.
- Recommend maintenance that keeps vehicles safe and reliable.
- Celebrate happy customers when they leave knowing they were well taken care of.
