Our growing Spanish-speaking customer base values working with someone who understands their needs and can clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations. If you’re fluent in both English and Spanish, you’ll have an immediate opportunity to make an impact and build a loyal customer following.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional ownership experience
- Build lasting relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly
- Recommend maintenance and repair services with confidence and integrity
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service sales
What We’re Looking For:
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Proven ability to achieve high CSI scores
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Stellantis dealership experience is a plus
