What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build strong first impressions
- Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document needs
- Present clear repair recommendations and estimates
- Communicate effectively between technicians and customers
- Provide updates throughout the repair process
- Handle concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Manage workflow using shop software systems
- Help drive customer satisfaction and service sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive repair shop
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital shop management systems
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $130,000+ per year (performance-based earning potential)
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
