As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact for our service customers, helping ensure clear communication, accurate repair order documentation, efficient workflow, and a positive service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document reported vehicle symptoms clearly and accurately.
  • Determine and recommend maintenance based on the vehicle’s age, mileage, service history, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor, parts, and recommended services.
  • Establish and monitor follow-up times with customers.
  • Track the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide timely, frequent updates to customers.
  • Verify that final invoices accurately reconcile with the work performed on the repair order.
  • Clearly explain completed maintenance, repairs, recommendations, and charges to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians, valet drivers, and service team members to support efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive service role required.
  • Experience with Reynolds Ignite preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
