Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and provide a positive first impression.
• Accurately document customer issues, translating their needs into clear, concise repair orders.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimated costs to customers in an understandable manner, answering all questions with patience and expertise.
• Schedule automotive services efficiently, coordinating with the technician team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress.
• Build trust and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts accurately.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Proficiency in using automotive shop management software and diagnostic tools.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.
• A valid Colorado driver's license.
