Compensation
$46,000 $92,000+ annually

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and provide an exceptional service experience

  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests

  • Schedule appointments and manage vehicle repair timelines

  • Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorization

  • Communicate with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairs

  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

  • Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines

  • Review warranties, maintenance plans, and repair options

  • Coordinate parts availability and repair scheduling

  • Maintain excellent CSI scores and build lasting customer relationships

  • Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed properly

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

  • GM dealership experience is a strong plus

  • Experience with any domestic franchise is welcome

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes

  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership software preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • OEM or ASE Certification is a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
