What you'll do
- Greet customers, write repair orders, and turn digital vehicle inspections into clear, honest estimates
- Recommend needed service and preventative maintenance, and keep customers updated through the repair
- Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop moving and jobs on schedule
What we're looking for:
- Prior automotive service advisor or shop experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
