Automotive Service Advisor

AAMCO Transmissions is the world’s leader in transmissions and complex automotive repairs. We are expanding at a rapid rate and looking for the best of the best in the industry. We are looking for an Individual with Automotive Management Experience to join our team!
Manager responsible for day-to-day operations including generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships and managing the technical team.



Position Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and recommend services to customers,
• Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales,
• Write quotes and prepare sales orders per job
• Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers vehicles’ repairs, ensuring appropriate conclusion of repairs,
• Order parts and inventory,
• Maintain customer files and keep paper work organized,
• Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of Automotive Management Experience,
• Excellent closing skills,
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building,
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level,
• Well organized and capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment,
• Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player,
• Must have valid driver's license.
