Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and driving sales?
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd like to meet you.
Pay & Incentives
- $18 per hour, paid weekly
- Monthly bonus

Schedule
- Full-time
- Four 10-hour shifts plus 2 hours of overtime each week
- Approximately 42 hours per week
- Schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service
- Prepare and present repair estimates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Order parts and manage cores, returns, and warranty items
- Schedule appointments and coordinate shop workflow
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated from vehicle drop-off through delivery
- Build trust while helping customers make informed repair decisions
- Help achieve shop sales and performance goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and shop management software
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
- Valid driver's license
