Automotive Service Advisor | Earning up to $120k/ Year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $31/hour base + Production Bonus
Pay Type: Hybrid (Hourly + Production Bonus)
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy, high-performing automotive repair facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. This Monday through Friday position offers a $31/hour base wage plus production bonuses, with earning potential between $70,000 and $120,000 annually. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Create and manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers.
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs clearly.
- Build repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
- Order parts and monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
