KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service department, ensuring a professional and transparent experience from check-in through delivery.

• Greet customers and provide a premium, luxury-level service experience
  

• Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
  

• Write detailed and accurate repair orders
  

• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
  

• Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
  

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  

• Identify additional maintenance and service opportunities
  

• Present recommendations professionally and ethically
  

• Process invoices, warranty documentation, and payments accurately
  

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  

• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and performance standards
  

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is professional, organized, and confident working with customers in a high-volume dealership environment.

Required:

• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience
  

• Dealership experience strongly preferred
  

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Strong organization and attention to detail
  

• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  

• Valid driver's license required
