• Workflow Conductor: Direct and coordinate the shop workflow using the best management systems in the industry.
  
  
• Trusted Advisor: Communicate the results of our comprehensive digital inspections, helping customers understand their vehicle's needs through prioritized, transparent estimates.
  
  
• Excellence Coordinator: Order high-quality parts and ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer clean and up to our "WOW" quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a sales or customer service position
  
  
• Exceptional people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  
  
• Ability to represent a quality organization with professional conduct.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
  
  
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
