Job Summary

Responsibilities

Make Customer Satisfaction number one
Identify guest's concerns and needs and effectively communicate to our technician team.
Review the Tuffy payment plans
Professionally review the Digital Courtesy Inspection (multi-point inspection) with our guests
Review work completed with the guest at bill-out
Review our nationwide warranties and our roadside assistance program

Qualifications

A positive, energetic attitude
Team player
Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
Demonstrate the desire to improve and advance personally and professionally
Two years of experience in an auto repair facility
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
