We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience from vehicle check-in through service completion
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments to ensure a seamless service visit
• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify customer concerns and maintenance needs
• Review technician inspections and present service recommendations with transparency and confidence
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including accurate cost and completion time estimates
• Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure timely repairs
• Provide proactive updates throughout the service process and follow up after service completion
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
• Stay current on Jaguar Land Rover products, maintenance schedules, warranties, and service offerings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and thrive in a results-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
