Job Description: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with customers about their vehicle issues, schedule service appointments, and provide accurate estimates for repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs.
  • Consult with customers regarding their vehicle issues and maintenance requirements.
  • Schedule service appointments and prioritize work orders for the service team.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate recommended services to customers.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Update customers on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions.
  • Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
