Location: Irving, TX (Onsite) |Full Time
We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between our guests and service department, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium service experience that reflects the Hyundai and Genesis brands. The ideal candidate has prior automotive service advising experience or a background in customer service or sales, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers promptly and provide a warm, professional service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs
Communicate recommended services, timelines, and pricing clearly and effectively
Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and quality repairs
Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Follow all dealership and manufacturer processes and standards
