We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between our guests and service department, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium service experience that reflects the Hyundai and Genesis brands. The ideal candidate has prior automotive service advising experience or a background in customer service or sales, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and provide a warm, professional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs
- Communicate recommended services, timelines, and pricing clearly and effectively
- Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and quality repairs
- Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer processes and standards
What You’ll Need:
- Previous Service Advisor experience required (Hyundai/Genesis or similar brand a plus)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn and utilize dealership management systems
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
