Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify customer needs.
• Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories through thorough product knowledge.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate with customers regarding any changes or approvals needed.
• Manage warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up after repairs.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
• Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company's values in all interactions.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific working hours will be provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
