Automotive Service Advisor

Looking for a customer-focused automotive position with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends? Martin's Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Landisburg, PA.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll help vehicle owners understand their service needs, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and keep the repair process organized from start to finish. If you've worked as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a similar automotive customer service role, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and discuss their vehicle service needs
• Answer phones and schedule service appointments
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly to customers
• Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns and repair needs
• Order parts and help coordinate repair schedules
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Help maintain an organized and efficient service department

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable using computers and shop management software
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer needs
• Automotive knowledge is a plus

Pay & Schedule

• $40,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience and skill level
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No weekends
