Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with service technicians and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle services performed.
- Promote additional services and products that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related automotive/customer service roles is preferred.
