Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000+ per year
Performance-based pay with outstanding earning potential for motivated professionals.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify vehicle service needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare estimates and clearly explain repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with dealership software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
