What We’re Looking For:
Ability to be to work on time and a reliable teammate is required
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is a huge plus
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
A passion for helping customers and solving problems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and determine their service needs
Provide clear and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
Communicate effectively with the service team and customers, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner
Ensure a positive experience that keeps customers coming back!
