We're seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established independent repair facility in the Bronx. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, guaranteed weekly base pay, monthly bonuses, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a modern, professional shop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
• Process payments and deliver completed vehicles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in an independent or aftermarket repair shop
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Shop management software experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
