Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain effective communication throughout the service process.
- Provide accurate estimates for required repairs and maintenance based on service technician assessments.
- Explain service recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure prompt and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Manage customer records and service invoices accurately using dealership management systems.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized service reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable way.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software.
