Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs
- Provide repair recommendations, cost estimates, and obtain customer approvals
- Communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate workflow between customers and automotive technicians
- Upsell additional services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Process invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing auto service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume shop environment
- Proficiency with auto service software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service
