Performance Nissan in Pompano Beach is now hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team.

We are looking for a professional, motivated Service Advisor who understands how to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maximizing service opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting service customers and identifying their vehicle needs

• Writing accurate and complete repair orders

• Communicating recommended maintenance and repairs

• Reviewing technician findings with customers

• Providing accurate repair estimates and timelines

• Maintaining communication with customers throughout the repair process

• Working closely with technicians, parts personnel, and service management

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments

• Following up with customers regarding recommended repairs

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified applicants should have:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience

• Strong customer-service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Experience with automotive service software and scheduling systems

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong sales and customer-relations skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening
