Premiere Service & Performance is looking for an ambitious, high-energy Service Writer / Advisor to join our growing team and help us continue building something special.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a premium first-class experience
- Write repair orders clearly and accurately
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians efficiently
- Build estimates and explain repairs/services confidently
- Upsell maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and recommended services
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and service inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized workflow
- Follow up with customers during and after repairs
- Handle invoicing/payment collection
- Help uphold the reputation and standards of The Premiere Experience
Qualifications
- Automotive service advisor/writer experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair terminology
- Sales-minded mentality with strong closing/upselling ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Shopmonkey CRM shop software
- Passion for automotive culture is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of performance/custom vehicles is a major plus
