Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years service advisor dealership experience
  
• Have familiarity with the Ford / Lincoln franchises
  
• Have ability in many aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer pay and internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
  
• Work with BDC personnel and technicians.
  
• Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
  
• Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines are adhered to.
  
• Be familiar with AutoMate DMS (Beneficial, but not required) as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Have excellent problem-solving skills in customer facing situations.
