Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Pompano Beach location.

?? THE SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE

As a Service Advisor, you will be the connection between our customers and technicians.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Listen carefully to customer concerns
• Write accurate repair orders
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections with customers
• Explain recommended repairs clearly and professionally
• Prepare repair estimates
• Sell recommended maintenance and repairs
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle concerns
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended services
• Schedule appointments
• Help maintain shop workflow and productivity
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals

?? AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE IS IMPORTANT

The ideal candidate understands automotive repair and can confidently communicate repair recommendations to customers.

Experience with European vehicles is a strong plus.

is highly valued.

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive service writing experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to explain automotive repairs in a way customers understand
• Comfortable discussing repair estimates and maintenance
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Positive, energetic personality
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with technicians and management
• Experience with automotive shop management software is a plus
