Automotive Service Advisor / Sales Closer – Miami, FL

$75,000+ | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring a Service Advisor who can CLOSE SALES.

We need someone who can take a technician’s recommendations, communicate the value to the customer, overcome objections, and turn estimates into approved work.

This is a sales-driven position. We’re looking for someone confident, motivated, and comfortable asking for the sale.

What We Need

• Proven ability to close automotive repair sales
• Strong phone and face-to-face sales skills
• Comfortable presenting large repair estimates
• Ability to handle price objections
• Strong follow-up on declined work
• Ability to build trust without relying on discounts
• Excellent automotive knowledge
• 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• European/luxury vehicle experience is a plus

Your Job

Review DVIs and technician recommendations, present estimates, explain the value of the repairs, answer customer questions, close the sale, and keep the customer informed until the vehicle is delivered.

We want someone who can sell professionally while creating customers who come back.

Pay & Benefits

$75,000+ per year

Monday–Friday | NO WEEKENDS
