Automotive Service Advisor – Sales Driven | Miami, FL

$75,000+ | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced, sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor.

This position is for someone who knows how to sell automotive repairs, close estimates, handle objections, and build strong customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong automotive sales and closing skills
• Comfortable presenting high-dollar repair estimates
• Ability to explain repairs and create value
• Strong follow-up skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Automotive knowledge
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• European/luxury vehicle experience is a plus
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Review technician findings and DVIs
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations
• Sell and close recommended work
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Follow up on declined services
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair
• Work with technicians to keep the shop productive
• Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships

Pay & Benefits

$75,000+ per year

Monday–Friday — NO WEEKENDS
