Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by greeting every guest promptly, professionally, and with genuine enthusiasm.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on BMW manufacturer guidelines, technician inspections, and customer needs.
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and expected completion times.
• Partner closely with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive updates.
• Review completed repairs with customers, explaining services performed and answering any questions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
• Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
• Represent the values and professionalism of Group 1 Automotive in every customer and team interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Dealership experience strongly preferred; BMW experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and consultative sales abilities
• Ability to recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
