Long Beach Honda is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a new car dealership
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Comfortable using dealership software and technology to manage service operations

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and vehicle status updates
• Answer customer calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Review completed repairs, explain recommendations, and process payments
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records using dealership systems
• Promote customer satisfaction and encourage feedback through surveys
