Description of the role:
Working as a Service Advisor at Peter Boulware Toyota, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.
You will listen to their concerns, assess the vehicle's needs, and communicate this information to the service team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and repair timelines
- Communicate necessary repairs and services to customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
