Automotive Service Advisor/Team Service Manager

DARLING'S HONDA in Bangor is actively looking for a full-time Service Advisor/Team Service Manager. Join one of Maine's premier auto dealer groups. No experience necessary, we will train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

- Communicate with customers to determine the vehicles' needs and concerns

- Follow warranty and department processes with proper documentation

- Effective communicator with both customers and co-workers

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency with computers

- Professional appearance and good verbal / written communication skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license
