What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and confidently
• Present maintenance recommendations and help customers make informed decisions
• Manage repair orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Handle phone calls, emails, and text communication with customers
• Source and manage parts as needed
• Perform final quality control inspections and test drives
• Help achieve shop goals while maintaining an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Proven sales ability with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based commission environment
• Experience in either independent repair shops or dealerships
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage approximately 20–25 vehicles per day
• Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience

• Automotive service writing
• Repair estimating
• Customer relationship management
• Parts coordination
• Automotive shop management software (Tech Rocket experience is a plus)
• Working alongside digital vehicle inspections (DVI)

Compensation

100% Commission

Typical earnings range from $80,000–$120,000+ annually, depending on performance.
