What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll help create a seamless experience for every customer by:

• Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
• Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
• Creating accurate repair orders
• Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
• Explaining repair recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Preparing estimates and obtaining repair approvals
• Communicating with technicians throughout the repair process
• Ordering parts and monitoring repair progress
• Providing updates from vehicle drop-off through pickup
• Delivering outstanding customer service on every visit
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient service department

What We're Looking For

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand
• Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
